You too can make this very cute, adorable little mischievous creature. Let's give our children these little mischief makers that we knitted ourselves and keep them away from ready-made toys. As we know, they are proven every day to be very harmful.

To knit this little creature, we first make 4 feet, a head and a tail.

I started with 6 leg loops and increased them to 14 loops. I knitted 8 rows. I started with 4 stitches for the tail and worked my way up to 10 stitches. I knitted 8 rows.

We start with 6 loops for the head and multiply them until we get 40 loops. We knit until a circle is formed. Let's complete our circle with a small neck, just like when making a doll.

Making the base: start with 6 loops. Let's increase it in each stitch.

In the remaining rows we increase the loop we added from the second loop. Thus, we will get a flat weave of a hexagonal shape. Let's add the paws, tail and half of the head one by one to our base, which we knit with a hexagonal braid. In another row we will knit two more rows, adding the second half.

Embroider eyes and lips on part of the head. But while we're working on the lip part, let's pull it inward towards the eyes so it can go inside.

If desired, you can also tie a row of eyelids above the eyes. When knitting the upper part, we knit in the round, as we do the head, but be sure to increase it. Once the number of the shell of the hat turtle we knitted matches the number of the bottom and the number of sides, we combine them and fill enough space so that we can insert the arms while knitting.
