This dessert, made with pineapple, coconut, sugar and yogurt, is one of the popular recipes in Thai cuisine. Pineapples prepared by frying are served cut into thin slices. If desired, it can be sweetened with almonds.

Materials 6 pineapple slices 1 tablespoon grated coconut 3 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons lemon juice 2 teaspoons sugar 3 tablespoons yogurt
Fry the coconut powder in a pan until it turns brown and set aside.
Melt the butter in the same pan.
Place pineapple slices in a frying pan with butter, add sugar and lemon juice.
Cook front and back.
